For the Cordial: Put the listed components inside a pan, bring to a gentle boil, agitating so the sugar melts. After that, take off the heat and leave to cool down completely. Pour to a sealable bottle, seal keeping it in the refrigerator, it can be stored for around four weeks.

To make Batch Mix: Pour all the liquids in a big jug, let it rest for an hour, then strain best through cheesecloth, so it's fully clarified.

When ready to serve: Measure 85ml from the premix into your stirring glass filled with ice, gently stirring gently for a minute until cold. Filter into a frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, top with the cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
